Privacy built around minimal collection.
Clinic Scout collects only what is needed to operate non-medical scorecards, support, consent ledgers, optional clinic-contact routing, partner billing, and customer service.
Information we collect
We may collect contact details you provide, scorecard shopping preferences, support messages, clinic-contact consent records, partner account details, checkout metadata, analytics events, and security logs. The consumer scorecard is designed not to ask for medical details.
Analytics and ads
Advertising and analytics platforms receive generic, privacy-minimized events. We do not pass email, phone, ZIP, scorecard answers, lead details, medical status, prescriptions, BMI/weight, insurance information, or routing specifics to ad pixels.
Payments
Clinic Scout payments are processed by Stripe. Clinic Scout does not store full card numbers. Stripe may process payment, fraud, tax, dispute, and receipt information under its own policies.
Consent-first clinic contact
Contact details may be used for clinic follow-up only when you explicitly request clinic contact and consent to the stated sharing terms. Clinic partners receive only the non-medical contact/shopping information needed for the requested follow-up.
No medical intake
Clinic Scout is provider-selection education only. It is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, insurer, emergency service, or prescribing service. Do not submit symptoms, medication history, labs, diagnosis, dose, insurance member IDs, or urgent care needs.
Deletion and support
You can request deletion through the data deletion page or by emailing partners@glpclinicscout.com. Some records may be retained for billing, security, tax, dispute, consent, or legal reasons.
