Clinic Scout provides educational comparison tools, consent-first contact routing, and partner business infrastructure. It is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, insurer, emergency service, or prescribing service.

Independent clinics

Clinic partners are independent. Licensed clinicians make eligibility, prescription, dosage, refill, follow-up, and care decisions. Clinic Scout does not recommend treatment or decide whether a medication is appropriate.

Consumer scorecard use

The scorecard organizes buyer questions about price clarity, support, cancellation, transparency, and contact readiness. It does not ask for medical details and does not provide medical advice.

Optional contact

Clinic introductions are optional and require explicit consent. Skipping contact does not hide your checklist. If you request follow-up, we may share contact details and non-medical shopping preferences with a named clinic/provider partner.

Clinic/partner purchases

Partner products or services are billed in USD through Stripe unless stated otherwise. Fulfillment may include revenue-recovery setup, partner portal access, consented lead/introduction handling, onboarding, reporting, and support as described at checkout or in the applicable order.

Refunds and cancellations

Because partner work may involve setup time, custom routing, and service capacity, refunds are reviewed case by case. Cancel before work starts for the cleanest review. Completed setup, delivered services, and verified lead/introduction work are generally non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.

No PHI by default

Do not send patient lists, protected health information, symptoms, diagnoses, medication details, insurance IDs, or urgent medical requests through public forms, support, or checkout. Any future PHI-handling workflow requires separate legal and BAA-ready approval.

Support

Support requests go to partners@glpclinicscout.com or glpclinicscout.com/support. Include the business name, checkout email, or support topic, but do not include medical details.

Changes

We may update these terms as Clinic Scout changes. Continued use after updates means the updated terms apply.
