Billing and Stripe
Use support for receipts, checkout questions, cancellations, refund reviews, partner portal access, and order handoff questions. Include your business name and checkout email.
Consumer scorecard
Use support for scorecard access, saved checklist questions, consent withdrawal, data deletion, or a clinic-contact request issue. Do not include medical details.
Emergency boundary
If you have urgent symptoms, side effects, medication questions, self-harm concerns, or emergency needs, contact a licensed clinician, pharmacy, local emergency services, or 988/crisis support where appropriate. Clinic Scout partner support cannot provide medical care.
